Customized, specialized training for investment bankers, investment managers, and management consultants focuses on improving their ability to communicate in team presentations, internal and client meetings, and in pitches. Participants are instructed in using effective structures and organization for pitch books and presentation decks to help make client presentations more focused and memorable.
Topics include:
•improving non-verbal communication,
•understanding appropriate communication strategy and identifying purpose, objective, and key messages,
•analyzing an audience and developing a message strategy,
•structuring and organizing for effectiveness,
•listening effectively,
•designing visual aids, including graphs and charts, and
•dealing with questions and answers.
Participants will make several presentations, which will be videotaped and reviewed with the instructor.
