Custom-designed training programs focus on creating effective and compelling pitches to new, potential and existing clients, emails, written reports, morning calls, marketing letters and presentations, and voice mail messages.
He has taught management communication at Columbia Business School and at the MIT Sloan School of Management.
He holds an undergraduate degree from Princeton University and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
